E1: 9.2: How do we avoid Generic media object being created in error in F3711

JDE 9.2:

When adding media objects to test results in P3711 we are finding certain objects are created without being linked to a batch Number and are therefore appearing on all test results as a generic text.

This is a problem.

From opening the attachment we can see who created it and when.

However, the users who create these generic texts do not realise the attachment is not linked to the batch and when looking back at the test results, the attachment is missing. Given these are comments / explanations about quality tests this is a problem

When the next person comes to create test results, the media object appears as a generic text. .

Howdy, Stranger!
