What is the best way to migrate a classic Planning Application from 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.4?

I need to migrate two classics Planning application form a EPM environment at 11.1.2.1 version to a new environment at 11.1.2.4 version.

The applications have some HBR that a need to migrate to Calculation Manager.

What is the best way to do this?
