In OAF Page - How to find the name of value set to add more values

in R12.1.3 - we are using sales module ( field sales). In lead  creation screen -there  is list of value for 'Sales Channel' we want to add more values per business requirement.

Can anyone tell us the correct steps to complete this . Below is the screen shot...Thanks
