Dialog pop up during attachment upload

After changing the machine, the user is facing a dialog pop-up box while trying to upload an attachment (pdf). So it is the same tools release but probably the browser version/settings have changed which is causing this issue (probably my assumption).

Please see attached since i could not paste the image.

Current IE version - 11.0.9600.xxxx

Based on the research so far, the Compatibility view is turned off and jde webpage is also removed from the list of websites. Any other inputs for disabling this pop-up are much appreciated.
