T4-1 display "FATAL: /pci@400/pci@2/pci@0/pci@0/pci@0/display@0: OpenBoot initialization sequence pr

After replace a MotherBoard of T4-1,it display error messages when i boot cdrom  or boot disk:

FATAL: /pci@400/pci@2/pci@0/pci@0/pci@0/display@0: OpenBoot initialization sequence prematurely terminated.

FATAL: system is not bootable, boot command is disabled

then I run :

ok  set-defaults   

ok  reset-all

It's same,what's wrong?
