shrink sysaux datafile

Here is using 11.2.0.4 database and having sysaux tablespace with 1 file.  Now the file is already 3GB

I detele some snapshot, and try to alter table WRH$* allow row movement and shrink cascade. But still can't move the HWM of the datafile.

Are there any way to shrink to datafile of sysaux??
