Difference between R41500 & R41543

Hi Mentors,

I am working on designing / using GL Vs Cardex Integrity reports. I came across 2 Std UBEs which almost means the same. Could you help me identify the differences in between them. I was planning to use R41500 as our reporting tool to identify integrity issue. Am i correct to use this?
