Oracle BOM Licence/Shared module

Hi

I have query regarding the BOM Module. We have inventory and OM and there is functionality of KITTING. So we enabled the BOM in the instance. I have query that BOM is having the shared licence? or company have to pay for it in later stages?

Please advise.
