Users of one user group unable to see worksheets created by users of another user group

There are public worksheets in our Demantra component which are created by users. Users in another user group are unable to see public worksheets created by users of one user groups. This is despite all of them having access to all the series in the worksheets. The issue is very recent and there was no such issue previously. Bouncing application server is not resolving the issue. What can be the reason?

We are on Demantra version 7.3.1.4.
