Have you taken advantage of TFA in your EM Service Request resolution process?

Over the last year, the EM team has been busy integrating the EM Service Request guided resolutions and Service Request Diagnostic Collections (SRDC) with Trace File Analyzer (TFA).  If you are a DBA, i'm sure you have used TFA on many occasions but here in the EM area we are just beginning to take advantage of this powerful tool.  Look for upcoming posts and blog entries explaining the benefits and uses of TFA in the EM SR solution process.

With that said, a new version of TFA released this week and I wanted to make you aware of the latest EM scripts.  You can use these scripts to gather the diagnostic information needed for a Discovery or OMS restart SR.
