Wrong Open Tasks listed in Contact center
Hi,
I have a strange problem in my instance. A user has created a serie of personal tasks via UWQ- 1 task for each day (to book the days in UWQ because of long term sickness). Some of those tasks are showing now in contact center /under open tasks) for a customer that has nothing to do With those tasks.. They somehow have been Connected With an SRs from 2012 which is long time ago Closed.
When I open those task numbers via Service>Tasks it shows only those tasks, without any Connection to the SR- but when I open contact center for one specific customer- those tasks are listed under Open Tasks and Connected to some old SR from 2012.
