Issue with - Cleared Transactions Report - Output is not coming from a specific responsibility

Problem

We are facing issue with "Cleared Transactions Report" in Cash Management Module.

Issue:

1) We have to two responsibilities in our Cash Management Module for one of our operating unit.

      a) Cash Management Superuser Responsibility

      b) Treasury Manager Responsibility.

Treasury Manager Responsibility is restricted with limited menus when compared with "Cash Management Superuser Resposibility".

Now the issue is, When we run the "Cleared Transactions Report" from "Treasury Manager" responsibility we are not getting any output.

But if we assign the "Cash Management Superuser Responsibility" for the same user and then run the report, we are getting the output.
