Error: Price cannot be changed because there are unvalidated debit memos.

Hello All,

We are getting Error: Price cannot be changed because there are unvalidated debit memos. while running the Import price catalog program to update BPA price break for an item.

I have checked and found there is no debit memo created for this po line still getting this error.

Please help me in solving this error.
