Process Extension not visible under Event Action

HI I have deployed JAR(Process Extension) in an agile instance .The Process Extension is not visible in Event Handler under Event Action.

I tried restarting the instance ,still the Process Extension is not visible.

NOTE:The instance is located in a server which consists of two more instances .So totally there are 3 instances in a server.One is clustered instance and other two are standalone.In clustered instance the Process Extension are visible,but in both the standalone instance the Process extensions are not visible.

What could be the root cause ?

How to solve this issue?
