Any way to identify error records while creating internal orders

Hello Experts,

we are trying to automate Internal Requisitions to create internal sales order to ship confirm.in this process at each stage we are sending notifications to the business users.

in this process i want to know where we can check the failure records when we submit the create internal orders program(this program will pulls the data from po and inserts into OM interface tables) at this stage if any records failed to insert into interface table how can we find them.
