BI Publisher data driven Email List

Hi Mentors,

We today send Invoices to customers using BI Publisher. Sometimes the Customers complain that they have not received the Invoice emailed. Could you suggest the best way to pull this information. Currently when the Finance team request this to IT we have to look for Job # which ran related to that order considering the time when it was invoiced seeing into Sales Order Ledger. then going inside the BI Job details to see the delivery details to find all emails the invoice would have been sent to in work submitted job.

We were thinking of having a custom application which could link all these pieces together if we could. This would have order no to select which would take us to related Job # submitted and then to BI tables to see what emails it was sent or it got stuck somewhere in between.
