Are knowledge base results restricted to licensed products of a customer SI

Hello MOS Experts

My customer is asking me whether the results he gets when querying knowledge base are implicitly restricted to the licensed products of the SI (accounts) he is granted access to as a MOS user

.

Being an Oracle employee such a restriction does not seem to apply for myself but sometime this customer contact cannot see some of the results I get.
