Server Manager and other OM crash

According to Enterprise log file, the environment experienced a Server Manager Crash. However, no callstack, core.####, *.fdr, or any other crash log file was generated.

How do we gather information which Oracle requests when there is no information other than the limited details in the OM file?

Is it worth creating an SR for this type of situation with no crash files?

What functionality would the Server Manager crash inhibit?
