Unable to Login in SIM v16.0.1 Application

Hi ,

To all sim experts, need your help in resolving the following issue Unable to Login in SIM v16.0.1 Application.

Brief :

I have installed SIM on SSL and authentication method is LDAP everything is fine, but when I get the login page and try to login into the SIM application

getting the below error. Request you to please provide me some effective action plan so that we can able to resolve this issue.
