When run HypExecuteMDXEx() function in Smartview, I got error code -41: Provider not supported.

Any suggestion? Does MDX supported in Cloud? We are using EPBCS. Also when I open the Smartview in Excel, I cannot find the Essbase tab, so the Query->Exceute MDX menu not exist anymore.
