Need data fix for stuck install base instances

Hi,

We have scenarios where IB instance was not created after shipping of sales order.

Also we are facing issue as

"No instance is found for the inventory location attributes".

"You cannot Update an Expired Instance. Instance needs to be un- expired before any updates".

" The source item instance 319460, in Subinventory G STREET, for Organization 184 in Oracle Install Base does not exist. Please verify that any receipt transactions were successful."
