Inbound e-mail database operations

Hello All,

Is there a way to populate other fields on the Attachment record that are not exposed with the vanilla "Inbound E-mail Database Operations" Business Services' Attachfile method? For example,  while processing the inbound emails, we would like to populate the "Comment" field on the Attachment BC with the Subject of the email. But the Comment field is not among the method input arguments. Updating the attachment record in the next step could be an option but was wondering if this can be achieved while creating the attachment record.

Since the attachment names are typically generated by Siebel (during the inbound email processing), it is difficult for the users to identify the attachments by looking at the "File Name" field on the Attachment list applet. Hence some additional info such as the Subject of the email and Sender's address on the Attachment record would help the business users and save a few clicks.

Howdy, Stranger!
