Poor performance in transferring the unified audit records.

I applied  Patch 26080410 because of  "POOR QUERY PERFORMANCE ON UNIFIED_AUDIT_TRAIL"  bug 21119008

And then executed transfer_unified_audit_records procedure as per Doc ID 2212196.1. unfortunately running since 1 week and didn’t completed yet.

Total records to transfer : 23 Millions+
Transferred : 1 Million+

Any workaround ?.
