RAC grid and db upgrade from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4 (latest psu)

Hello Experts.

I have 2 node 11.2.0.2 RAC grid and db environment.We are planing to upgrade this to 11.2.0.4 with latest PSU.

Our requirement is not to change the existing home path.

We need to patch/upgrade the existing home with out changing the current path of the 11.2.0.2 home.

Please let me know if it is possible or not. (concepts like gold oracle home clone etc)

Also please let me know down time required for his task.Can we do this rolling fashion?Could you please confirm.
