Payment Application -Stored Material issue

We are on 16.2.10 and have noticed that the stored material does not get added to the current payment due, though the formula shows that it is added, as shown below:

The "current Payment due" on the upper form is sum of line items, and the line items are supposed to include the stored material, as below:

Even the UDR formatted to capture this field shows that the stored material is not getting added in the "current payment due" as below:

Appreciate any help to get this resolved quickly.
