Bug 10805772 - SAR: 6518100 why not feasible?

Hi all,

Does anyone know why Bug 10805772 : HIT 126P DURING ASSET TRANSFER - SAR: 6518100 on XE is not feasible to fix?

As far as I checked documentation I could not found any clue on why this cannot be fixed. Can anyone explain me please?
