Possible to recalculate orderliness based on (new setup) preference

We have setup new revenue preference (P40303) for customer-item combinations.

Is it possible to run a batch, to have already outstanding orders to be recalculated based on the new setup preference?

(Actually we do have the same question for inventory commitment preference / line of business preference)
