How upload Time card entries in approved status through Webservices

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

Hi experts,

We have written a custom java program to pick the dat file and upload it to web content server which then invoke the file and process it into fusion UI application through the seeded Process called "generate time card process". We need to upload this time entries in "approved" status, Currently the status is "entered". Is there any way to upload the data in approves status.
