Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. R12.2.6 (after Upgrade) Payables: Payments Form Error - Check Data is Out-of-Sync

Hello,

We upgraded from 11i to R12.2.6 and got the following error in the Payables module.

When we create a quick payment we get the Check Data is Out-of-Sync error.

Screenshot and FND Debug Log is attached.

We recompiled the form APXPAWKB.fmb according to the Doc ID 2224850.1, but it did not help.
