Integrated Extract abending with ORA-01291

Source DB - Oracle 11.2.0.4 on windows 2012 R2
OGG 12.2.0.1.1
I have 5 extracts in one OGG Home, all of them connecting to the same database. Three of the extracts are stopped with this error:
2017-11-13 10:41:21 ERROR OGG-00868 Error code 1291, error message: ORA-01291: missing logfile
(Missing Log File <unknown>. Read Position SCN: 17.1226566194 (74241010226)).
I had verified if the log pertaining to that SCN is available. It is. I also checked the FIRST_SCN and REQUIRED_CHECKPOINT_SCN. The logs for FIRST_SCN were not available and have since been restored.
When I query v$archived_log for logs with the FIRST_SCN, I do see the logs with status='A'.
