Certificate of Analysis Print flag in Billing information

Hi,

           We are using E812.  Currently when we add a new billing information for a customer in Customer Master, the Certificate of Analysis print flag is defaulted to turn on.  Is there a way to have it default to off since our COA is printed for selected customers only.  Thank you.
