Xstore Mobile 16.0.1 issue on ipad pro

Hi All, We are in process to implement Oracle Xstore mobile 16.0.1 with Ipad pro with IOS version 10.3.3. We have installed profile on IPad and enabled it. Getting below issue when trying to connect to server in Xstore Mobile. The device is configured to use a server that can not server this type of device (handheld vs tablet). What could be the possible reason behind the same. Thanks
