Servive Request Problem Code LOV shows all mapped problem codes
Hello,
We have one problem code mapped for request type Depot Repair and for a particular item category in Problem code mapping setup section.
When this item category is used to create a SR in Create Service Request form for type Depot Repair. See that in the problem code LOV, list shows all the mapped problem codes for request type Depot Repair for other item categories.Is the behavior expected?.
Is it possible to filter problem codes only mapped to that request type and item category, thereby when a service request is created for that item category and request type 'Depot Repair', it will list only those problem codes.
