Freight Collect mismatch error

I got this error when trying to create a load:

Freight collect mismatch error

CAUSE: The freight collect terms for this shipment do not match the freight collect terms for the load.

RESOLUTION: Select a shipment whos freight collect terms match the load.

How do i resolve this error?
