Can we default item on order line as per specific freight terms which we are selecting on the order

Hi ,

I have received business requirement to default a particular item on order line as per specific freight terms getting  selected on the order header.

Item number which we want to default is "IND-FREIGHT" and this to be default only for the freight terms "TO BE BILLED" OR "TO BE BILLED (WS) ( Screen shot attached )

Please suggest is there any standard functionality available in oracle for same ?
