Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Try to update Alternate catalog category. Have error

If in ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY from mtl_categories_b will be null that no error. Where i have to setup ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY?
