DTMF not replicated on SIPRec

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I have an Acme Packet 1100 (ECZ7.3m2p11) setup with SIPRec configuration to an Oracle Interactive Session Recorder (5.2m2p1)

Record and Save configuration on the ISR is not working (when I press # and ask for the ISR to save the recording).

I got a capture between the UA talking and they DO receive the SIP INFO dtmf for the key pressed, but when I capture on the RSS no SIP INFO is received from the SBC.

All rfc2833-mode is in transparent mode, I guess its a SBC issue, I also tried downgrading to ECZ7.3m1p1 but still not working.
