Manually Create a Batch Header F0011

I know you can run the Integrity Report R007021 to recreate missing batch headers but is it possible to do this manually instead of using the Integrity report?  I only have 4 that I need to recreate and would rather do them instead of running the process through reports, because not all the ones on the report have been verified and these four should be posted to last month.
