GI 12.1.0.2.0, stand-alone ASM, no RAC no clustering of any kind.

We have a shell script that runs weekly to "refresh" a test db from production backup, using rman DUPLICATE DATABASE.  Running for years while database was a 11.2, and though the various upgrades of 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.04

Last week I finally pulled the trigger on the upgrade to 12.1.0.2, upgrading the test db on Monday and the production on Saturday.  On Sunday the prod db gets a inc 0 backup and a couple of hours after that is due to complete the refresh job on the test server kicks off.
