FND_Profile package

We have been trying to investigate an issue that we face from time to time.

We find that the FND_PROFILE package suddenly gets invalidated and becomes valid again. That cause issues with concurrent requests running with some strange behavior for some of the requests. We are trying to find the root cause. Any tips?
