How the Last Credit Review column in HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILES gets updated?

Under the Customer's Account Profile tab, I see that the column Last Credit Review (last_credit_review_date in hz_customer_profiles) is a non updateable field. I was wondering how this column gets updated and why its is not updateable. Any help on this is really appreciated. Thank you.
