Migrating one HFM application from 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.4 release on a new environment

Hi,

I am trying to migrate "11.1.2.1 Classic" HFM" application to a new environment and upgrade it to the 11.1.2.4.200 version.

I thought I would follow the following steps:

- I would install 11.1.2.1 version on a new environment

- Migrate HFM database from the old environment and then restore it in the new environment

- Run the copy app utility to create the application from the restored database

- Install 11.1.2.4 maintenance release

I have a few questions regarding this method:

- I am not allowed to access the entire HFM database therefore I cannot migrate it to a new environment. I am allowed to migrate only "one" HFM application. There are other HFM applications in the existing server so they would not share these applications' tables.
