Send email when an employee is terminated

Hi,

We are trying to streamline our off boarding process.  When an employee is terminated in JDE, in our case, the employee's pay status is set to '9'   is there a way to have JDE send an email to the help desk to deactivate any other accounts (i.e. email, active directory, etc.)?
