Allocate materials for scheduled work orders

Suppose there is a work to be done, for a machine.Machine is contributing full time for the operations and users should decide when to perform this work.

-Users will schedule the  work order for future date.

-If material (inventory item) quantity available in stock today;

-Allocate materials in advance, for the scheduled work order. (Without releasing the work order and keeping it on scheduling state.) This is to ensure that the material is available for this specific work

at the specific future date.

-if no on-hand qty for a material

-Raise Purchase requisitions to materials with no on-hand qty available, requesting those materials to be available at the time of the work.
