Migration oracle 11 from SLE 11 to Red Hat 7 in another server

Hello,

We want  migrate  of a server with SUSE (SLE 11) to another server with Red Hat 7. The idea is to do it using datafile copy or RMAN duplicate.

Does anyone know if there are incompatibilities between both systems (SLES11 to Red Hat 7) to use any of the indicated methods?

I really appreciate any help you can provide
