Creation of new users by automated process

Hello guys,

I want to do some automation process for creation of new users to avoid any manual work for this in Oracle CRM on Demand application.

I would like to know how can I achieve this Oracle CRM on Demand application?

It might be possible in the standard application to automate the creation of new users. However this can be achieved through web services but how and where can we create the required code.

Please suggest for a custom solution to this.
