Hello guys,

Please answer my below queries:

1- I would like to know the steps to delete all the records from Oracle On Demand application that I feel are no more useful or obsolete to keep record usage limit below the alert record allotment?

2- In which form, can we extract such unuseful data and how can we go ahead with such deletion of obsolete records? In which form, can we extract and store this data?

3- Which ideal process of exporting the data, can we follow to take the back up before deleting this from the application?
