EBS 12.2.5 AD/TXK Delta 10 - patches

Hi, after applying the AD/TXK delta patches we have issues around the oacore_server1 starting up. The oacore(1.0.0) deployment shows as failed in WebLogic console. The oacore_server1.log shows:-

ser defined listener oracle.apps.fnd.oam.runtime.em.OAMMBeanRegistration failed: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class oracle.apps.fnd.common.PoolException.

at oracle.apps.fnd.common.Pool.createObject(Pool.java:1289)

I have trawled through MyOracle support documents and raised an SR but I can't find a solution. Has anyone else applied these patches to a 12.2.5 base install successfully?
