Quantity On Hand went to Negative due to WO inventory issue

Hi,

We have enabled Availability checking in items BP level. Also, we have Restricted negative On-Hand to in processing option of P31113.

But, still System allowed Wo inventory issues and quantity went to negative.

Component Item A: on Hand was 9839.70 KG

3 WO had requested quantity as 6521.12 KG, 5185.03 KG, and 420 KG.

We observed WO issue date/timing in F3111 for all 3 WO the issued timing was same.

Can you please help on this.
