Pick SLip not getting printed

A new printer was installed in the warehouse and it was configured by the UNIX team. Later in Oracle, we assigned the printer for specific documents at User level and made this printer default for this document. However when users are submitting the program we can see the output  (in teh request id>>view output) but via the printer some abstract content is getting printed.

Can you please advise.
